bottleplugins.com (“BottlePlugins”) is operated by Bottle Design Lab, based at 55, Gyeongchung-daero 1127beon-gil, Chowol-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. By using this site or the plugins sold on it, you are entering into an agreement with Bottle Design Lab (“we”, “us”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

We sell subscriptions to plugins (extensions) for SketchUp. A subscription grants you a licence to install and use the plugin on the number of devices stated for your plan, for as long as the subscription is active. The licence is personal to you and non-transferable.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresent your identity or entitlement to a licence;
• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse engineer the plugins, or circumvent their licensing and activation checks;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or data.

We retain all ownership of the service and everything in it, including the plugin software, source code, documentation, branding and site content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only the limited licence described in section 3.

We work to keep the service available and the plugins working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service and the plugins are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SketchUp updates, operating system changes or third-party failures may temporarily affect compatibility.

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars before tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Plugins on your account, or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Billing, taxes, invoicing and payment terms are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are governed by Paddle’s buyer terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

• you materially breach these terms;
• payment for your subscription fails or is not made;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, licence abuse, or a security risk to the service or other users; or
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules.

Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
